Our keepsake products are hand made to order and as such payment will be made in full on the day of the appointment due to the time involved in the making process and the cost of the raw materials.
If a customer be unhappy with their product for any reason, all measures will be taken to rectify the problem, including remaking the product if the product is faulty. We reserve the right to use our own discretion on the course of action, including considering if a refund should be offered, based on the individual circumstances. If a product is faulty in any way it will of course be remade.
Please note that it is always best for fingerprint charms to be made with the finger being imprinted directly into the silver clay. I would not advise that a fingerprint moulding putty was used. If however this is the only way a fingerprint can be taken The Bereavement Keepsake Company can of course us this imprint to make the charms. The Bereavement Keepsake Company can not however be responsible for the fingerprint quality if the fingerprint mould is taken by a third party.
All ceramic imprints and jewellery orders will be delivered or ready to collect 4-6 weeks after the appointment. The 3D casts will be delivered or ready to collect 6 weeks after the appointment. The completed orders will be delivered back to the venue where they were made, or as otherwise arranged at the appointment.
Privacy and Data Policy
We do not store credit card details.
Customer details will never be shared with any 3rd parties and will only be stored until the order is complete and the delivery has been made or if the customer has chosen to sign up to the mailing list.
Customers can remove themselves from the mailing list at any time.
